ABOUT ME

SUE McGREGOR

My name is Sue and my goal is to get people over 40 fit and healthy & make them stronger. 

 

Strength is important for making almost every aspect of your life easier, from walking to running and carrying heavy bags.  The stronger you become, the more confident you will be, to take on what ever adventures life throws at you!

I will support and motivate you to help change your nutrition and exercise habits., starting in the kitchen, with 5 very simple nutrition habits, that will change your health and well being.

Physical activity and good eating habits are medicine for adults!  My workouts are simple and easy to understand, so you can focus on your goals and get the results you want.

 

Long term changes to your lifestyle habits will put you in control and give you way more energy.  I will help you stay focused and to keep you consistent with your workout and nutrition habits.

Long term success means changing your lifestyle forever, I will help you to start building these simple yet essential habits for a happier and more productive life.

About

Customised training programmes

My workouts are based on 6 simple movement categories that can be done with or without weights.

They can be done in 30, 40 or 60 minutes and adapted  to fit into your day so do not waste any valuable time.

There will be a dynamic and static warm up before and after your exercises.

The exercises will be put into your programme (along with any flexibility work if required) and amended as and when you progress. 

Weekly Check-ins OR face to face personal sessions.

 

We will address any issues and struggles you may have, make any adjustments if needed and update measurements and pictures, or you can just let me know how well you are doing!

Before lockdown I attended Sue’s training sessions on a Sunday to tone up and lose weight. Sue definitely knows her stuff! Every session Sue motivates and encourages you through all the exercises, making you feel at ease.
I don’t feel self conscious in any of the classes like I have done in the past and able to enjoy myself. Can’t wait to get back to it!!
I would highly recommend attending one of the classes 😊

 Sue's workout really good as she adapts my exercises to my personal health needs where necessary. I have bursitis in one hip so need to be careful not to irritate the condition. once I had made sue aware of my problem she was able to work out an appropriate plan for me. As I said I would highly recommend her.
